Notes:

1. Grass Flumes - min 1.5% slope to carry water away from structures, otherwise install french drains to evacuate standing water away.

2. Grading

A. Uniform grade the areas shown on the plans to within a tolerance of + or - .10 foot

B. Fill materials - satisfactory soil materials free of debris waste, vegetable or deleterios matter

C. Finish grading - finish grading shall not start until after all other site and utilities work has been completed.

3. Seeding

A. Seed - seed shall be a mixture of 50% blue grass and 50% preennial rye

B. Seeding - sowing shall be accomplished by using a mechanical spreader or bore.  Roll lightly to make good contact between seed and soil.

C. Mulch - mulch shall be the cereal straw from stalks fo oats, wheat, rye or barley.  The straw should be clean and free of foreign material,   and dry enough to spread properly.  All mulch should be spread evenly over seeding operation within 24 hours of seeding. Install at a rate of 1 to 1 1/2 bales per 1000 square feet.

D. Watering - watering of seeded areas is the responsibility of the owner.
