The Hydraway Drainage System is a superior performing and cost effective replacement for the "french" drain (fabric, perforated pipe & aggregate). The polyethylene core is encapsulated with a polypropylene filter fabric that is fusion bounded to the core. Typical perforated pipe has an open area for receiving water of between 2% and 5%. The Hydraway 2000 has over 70% open area for a significantly higher water entry rate.

Foundation water problems can be permanently repaired by use of this effective interior drain system. A filter tile is sloped within gravel filter, collecting water through a mat drain or micro channel on the edge of the floor slab and through key gaps and under basement footing.
